What to expect
Join us at our gorgeous party venue for your own version of our famous Cupcake and Craft parties! What's included? 6 cupcakes for each child All the materials they need to decorate them with A craft activity Up to 2 hours of venue use (this will give you time to supply a party tea and have some cake!*) We will supply all the fun - you just need to bring the guests! Additional requests: * Party grazing platters are included in our Signature party package so please book that if you would like to have food included. If you book this party option please note that any food must be fully prepped on arrival and cleared/taken away at the end of your session time. Birthday cakes are also available for order through our sister business, Sweet Sensations. You can also head to our online shop at www.juliettes.net/shop to browse our range of party bags! Important information: Party price is fixed at £176 for up to 8 children. Extras can be added at a cost of £22 per child. Your final numbers will need to be confirmed two weeks prior to the party. At this stage your final payment will be taken. **Please book for the correct number of children as only that number will be allowed to participate.** Please note that your party is NOT BOOKED until you receive our confirmation of availability and have made your deposit payment. Party length very much depends on the age and ability of children. You may wish to have a back-up activity planned in case of very quick work! For our Signature Cupcake Party package we will continually provide supplementary activities (if needed) to fill the two hours venue hire that you have been allocated.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, due to the heritage status of our building we do have standard sized doorways and stepped access both internally and externally so please ensure that you visit the site BEFORE BOOKING to check venue suitability if needed. To cancel or reschedule please contact us directly. For public workshops: Cancellations within one week of the workshop date can be transferred to a different date or person at your own discretion. Alternatively, we can supply home packs for collection so that you can complete your activities at your own convenience. Cancellations outside of one week prior to the booking may be eligible for a refund. For private bookings: Cancellations within one month of your event date can be transferred to a different date or person at your own discretion. Cancellations outside of one month prior to the booking may be eligible for a refund. Contact us to arrange a rescheduling in place of a cancellation if inside of one month.
