Service Description
We will provide 4 cupcakes per child and all the materials that they need to decorate them in the theme chosen by the host! Each child will also receive a small, themed craft activity and given the opportunity to decorate their cupcake boxes with a whole avalanche of colours and stickers. The session lasts roughly 1 hour (can be up to 1.5 hours depending on age and ability - very young children have a tendency to speed through whilst older ones take more time!). This package is particularly suited to those wanting either a shorter party or a party for very young children. We will supply all the fun - you just need to find the venue! Please note that your leader is fully DBS checked with over 20 years experience in classroom teaching. However you will be required to supply a reasonable number of adults to assist with any children aged 8 and under (ideally 1-to-1). Party price is fixed at £150 for up to 10 children. Extras can be added at a cost of £12 per child. It is the responsibility of the adults booking the party to establish the allergy information relating to each participant. Cupcakes will contain wheat and dairy - please ask for information regarding any additional allergens. Dietary requirements can be catered for but may incur an additional cost. Please note that your party is NOT BOOKED until you receive our confirmation of availability and have made your payment.
Cancelation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us directly. For public workshops: Cancellations within one week of the workshop date can be transferred to a different date or person at your own discretion. Alternatively, we can supply home packs for collection so that you can complete your activities at your own convenience. Cancellations outside of one week prior to the booking may be eligible for a refund. For private cupcake parties: Cancellations within one month of your party date can be transferred to a different date or person at your own discretion. Cancellations outside of one month prior to the booking may be eligible for a refund.
