The most delicious cookie that can be prepped in the great outdoors or in the comfort of your own kitchen...but everything tastes better outside, right?!
The dying barbecue can be replaced with a hob on a low heat in your kitchen - as long as the heat is low the cookie will be awesome!
Cooking time varies massively depending on the heat used, but don't be tempted to turn it higher to speed things up...no one wants a burnt bottom! Add a lid if you like to keep the heat in.
Please remember that the pan will get HOT, especially on a barbecue. So this is one where the adults need to keep a close eye.
When it's ready, get your spoon ready to dig in straight from the pan or serve in a bowl with cream or ice cream. YUM!
